48 year old male
Chronic Progressive MS, Primarily Legs, Balance, Fatigue
* * Note: This is the patient presented in www.msmiracle.com. That website chronicles his progress through the end of November, 1999.

12-12-99: Feeling better, still getting stronger. Balance and strength still improving. Getting out of the house more.

1-1-00: Exacerbation started last night after he became shivering cold. Rapid loss of strength and balance. Walking with much more of a shuffle than he had been. Did not llet it get him down, continued on with New Year's Eve plans. Normally he would simply have given up and gone home.

1-3-00: Exacerbation is over, was back to normal yesterday. Strength and balance and back.

2-1-00: Not feeling well last several days, more tired, less motivated to exercise. The cold weather has always been a problem.

2-11-00: Still not feeling better. Not eating properly - junk food. Keeping irregular hours, not doing his weight lifting or other exercises. Advised needs to get back on a regular schedule and return to exercising.

2-17-00: Back to his "new" normal. Got back on regular schedule and forced himself to exercise. This turned it around in a couple of days.
