Tables showing what each of the supplements does. These "Protection Categories" link to more detailed information.

Each supplement is chosen because it specifically addresses one or more of the problems caused by several of the supplements do similar things, so if you cannot take them all be sure to take something in all of the "Protection Categories." The tables will help.

You will probably be taking the supplements three times daily - morning, afternoon, evening. If not, space them out as best you can.

Primary Supplements are those I suggest everyone take unless there are specific reasons not to.

Secondary Supplements are also beneficial and if you have the patience I suggest you consider them too.

Note: The primary and secondary categories are mine, but I think they make sense.
