Symptoms primarily in left leg, tightness, spasm, difficulty getting left heel to floor, difficulty getting up after prolonged sitting. Notices some trouble with adjusting near/far vision, for example when driving a car, etc. No longer able to speedwalk for exercise. Numbness in left arm and hand, she goes for myofascial therapy. Balance is good, must pay attention to steps, but it does not require a cane. |

"I was doing exceedingly well," "Felt like someone who did not have MS." Then she took three trips in less than 6 weeks, had an irregular schedule and dietary indescretions and got somewhat worse. She was able to walk around for 2 full days at a conference, felt tired but did well - would not have been able to do this 1 year ago. |
